Terms & Conditions
Last updated: October 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LetsCartIt.co.uk and the parcel forwarding services provided by LT Express Ltd. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. About Us
LetsCartIt.co.uk is operated by LT Express Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is Alperton, London, United Kingdom. You can contact us at info@letscartit.co.uk.
2. Our Services
We provide a UK parcel forwarding and international shipping service. We receive parcels on your behalf at our UK warehouse address and forward them to your specified destination address. We are not a retailer and are not responsible for the quality, condition, or suitability of goods purchased from third-party retailers. Our role is limited to receiving, consolidating, and forwarding parcels as instructed by the customer.
3. Your Account
You must be 18 years or older to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Your LT Customer ID must be included in all deliveries to our warehouse. LT Express Ltd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these Terms.
4. Shipping & Pricing
Shipping rates are as published on our Shipping Rates page and are subject to change without prior notice. For UK to Philippines Air Cargo, the minimum charge is £20 (covering the first 2 kg), with £8 per kg thereafter — e.g. 3 kg = £24, 5 kg = £40. For Philippines to UK Air Cargo, the minimum charge is £30 (covering the first 2 kg), with £15 per kg thereafter — e.g. 3 kg = £45, 5 kg = £75. All quoted prices are estimates only — final charges are based on actual weight and dimensions confirmed upon inspection at our warehouse. Chargeable weight is the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight (Length × Width × Height in cm ÷ 5000). All prices are in GBP. For Philippines to UK shipments, a Royal Mail charge for final UK delivery is calculated manually by our team and added to your invoice separately.
5. Philippines to UK — Drop-Off Procedure
All Philippines to UK shipments must be dropped off in person at our Mandaluyong office. Drop-off is by appointment only — customers must contact our support team to book a drop-off slot before bringing their parcel. The confirmed drop-off address will be provided by our support team upon booking. We are unable to accept unbooked or unannounced drop-offs. LT Express Ltd reserves the right to refuse parcels that arrive without a prior booking or that do not comply with our packaging and prohibited items requirements.
6. Payment
Payment is due in full before dispatch. We currently accept bank transfer (BACS). Parcels will not be dispatched until payment has been received and confirmed by our team.
7. Storage Policy
LT Express Ltd provides free storage for up to 20 days from the date your parcel is received at our warehouse, for both Air and Sea Cargo shipments. After 20 days, a storage fee of £1 per day per parcel or item will be charged. Storage fees must be settled in full before your parcel can be dispatched. Unclaimed parcels held for more than 90 days may be disposed of at our discretion without further notice.
8. Parcel Warranty & Condition
LT Express Ltd does not warrant the condition of goods inside any parcel at any point during transit. Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that items are adequately packaged to withstand international shipping. We strongly recommend using sturdy, double-walled boxes with appropriate internal padding. LT Express Ltd accepts no responsibility for damage arising from inadequate packaging, the inherent fragility of the item, or the nature of the goods themselves. Any damage claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery, supported by photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this period will not be considered.
9. Force Majeure & Natural Disasters
LT Express Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, delay, or destruction of parcels caused by events beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to: typhoons, earthquakes, floods, volcanic eruptions, and other natural disasters; acts of war, terrorism, civil unrest, or government action; strikes, industrial action, or port closures; pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies; customs delays, seizure by government authorities, or regulatory changes; fire, explosion, or severe weather events affecting our warehouses or transit routes. In such circumstances, LT Express Ltd will make all reasonable efforts to recover, reroute, or safeguard affected parcels, but we cannot guarantee outcomes. Customers are advised to arrange their own cargo insurance for high-value items.
10. Liability
Our total liability for loss or damage to a parcel is limited to the lesser of the declared value of the goods or £100 per parcel, unless the customer has arranged and paid for additional declared value cover in writing prior to dispatch. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic losses including loss of profit, loss of use, or loss of opportunity. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, third-party carriers, or circumstances outside our control as described in Section 9.
11. Prohibited Items — Air Cargo (UK → Philippines & Philippines → UK)
The following items are prohibited on all Air Cargo shipments and must not be sent under any circumstances: flammable liquids, gases, and aerosols; standalone lithium batteries (not installed in devices); firearms, weapons, and ammunition; illegal drugs and controlled substances; perishable food items; currency and negotiable instruments; counterfeit goods; explosives and pyrotechnics; radioactive materials; corrosive substances; human remains or ashes (without prior written approval). Attempting to ship prohibited items may result in seizure by customs authorities, fines, return of goods at your cost, or legal action. LT Express Ltd accepts no liability for any loss arising from the shipment of prohibited items.
12. Prohibited Items — Sea Cargo (UK → Philippines)
In addition to the Air Cargo prohibited items listed above, the following are also prohibited on Sea Cargo shipments: motor vehicles and large machinery (without prior written agreement); live animals or plants; items requiring refrigeration or temperature control; hazardous chemicals and industrial solvents; items prohibited under Philippine Bureau of Customs regulations. LT Express Ltd reserves the right to inspect any parcel and to refuse, return, or dispose of prohibited items at the sender's cost.
13. Customs & Import Duties
You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees applicable in the destination country. We will complete customs documentation accurately based on the information you provide. Providing false or misleading customs declarations is illegal and may result in seizure of goods, fines, or criminal prosecution. LT Express Ltd accepts no liability for delays or losses arising from customs inspections or the customer's failure to provide accurate declarations.
14. Changes to These Terms
LT Express Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
